This label indicates that our products are formulated with non-pore-clogging ingredients. Have your products been tested on animals? Our products are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals. Is The Truth a local South African company? Certainly, we are a company based in South Africa. Where are your products manufactured? All our products are manufactured in the Western Cape. Where can I buy your products? Currently, we operate solely as an online store. What can I do if I am unhappy with a product I ordered? Please check our Returns and Refunds policy. Where do you ship to? Please note that we can only deliver orders within South Africa. Are your products safe to use in pregnancy? All of our products are safe to use during pregnancy, except for our Skin Renewing Retinol serum. Do your products have an expiry date?
